“Champ Private Equity-owned Accolade Wines is in final stage talks to buy beverage giant Lion’s Australian wine portfolio, sources told Street Talk on Thursday morning.
“It’s understood Accolade is preparing to pay up to $100 million for the unit, called Fine Wine Partners, which includes wine inventory and brands.”
